Weddings and wedding receptions of up to 150 guests………….$985.00 plus cost of current rate for bathroom rental facilities from sanitation services. 

Our fee includes:

Your wedding ceremony and reception site

Assistance with its decor concept design and access to any and all decorations in our inventory

Professional florists and designer assistance

Up to 150 white garden chairs

Up to 25 banquet tables and table cloths

Wedding cake table

Buffet tables and wedding canopies

The labor to set up tables, chairs and other decor

Coordination with your caterer and photographer

The labor to break down tables, chairs and other decor

We handle the reservations for delivery and pick up of bathroom facilities and handle billing for you.

We provide organized parking services and V.I.P/special assisance parking for honored/handicapped wedding guests.

We pay for professional laundering and ironing of table cloths following the event.

We provide for garbage service and related fees.

Please ask us about your wedding color choice if it is one we do not currently have in inventory.  

Weddings and receptions over 150 guests will require the rental of additional white garden chairs and tables which will be an addition to the above fee.

Homestead House overnight per couple:

Friday and Saturday……………………………………………….$135.00 plus 4% tax

Sunday through Thursday …………..…………………………...$125.00 plus 4% tax

Deposits

• At the time you book your wedding, 50% of the package price is required.
  • If you are making lodging accommodations associated with the dates and times of your wedding, deposits and payment on those reservations are also due at the time you make your reservations.
• The balance on your wedding package and accommodations relating to it are due in full not later than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to your wedding date. 

Cancellation Policy

IF YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION THREE (3) MONTHS OUT FROM YOUR WEDDING DATE, 100% OF YOUR DEPOSIT IS DUE AT THE TIME YOUR DATE IS RESERVED AND YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY WILL AUTOMATICALLY FALL UNDER THE ABOVE GUIDELINES LISTED UNDER ITEM #4.

IF YOU MAKE AND/OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION LESS THAN THREE (3) MONTHS OUT FROM YOUR WEDDING DATE YOUR DEPOSIT IS DUE IN FULL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

EACH INDIVIDUAL CONTRACT WILL LIST CANCELLATION DATES SPECIFIC TO YOUR RESERVATION.

ANY MONEY PAID TOWARD A SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS 100% REFUNDABLE IF YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION REGARDLESS OF THE DATE THE RESERVATION IS CANCELED.

Designated financially responsible person...At the time you make your deposit, but certainly not later than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the event, the bride must notify us as to the name, address and phone number of the individual who will be the designated financially responsible person for the event.  That person must sign the cost sheet for the event and guarantee the payment of any additional charges that arise with regard to the event which may include but not be limited to equipment rented, extra services, staff charges, from Mahogany Ridge, examples of which will be discussed in advance.  We accept cash, personal checks, VISA and MASTERCARD.  A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned check.
