Rental Rates are subject to a 4% Modoc County Occupancy Tax .
A Visa or MasterCard is required to secure all reservations at Mahogany Ridge.
There are two deposits required to reserve the Homestead House:
1. There is a $200 cleaning/damage deposit; $250
if your group is 7 or more persons. This is returned to you by mail or credited to your credit card after
inspection of the house following your departure. In the event of cancellation, cleaning/damage deposit is fully
refundable regardless of date cancelled.
2. A rental deposit of 25% of the reservation
total is due at the time you place your reservations and 25% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Guests with standing reservations from year to year must make their first 25% deposit
for the following year in January of the New Year.
3. The balance of your reservation total is due in full 30 days prior to your
check in date.
4. The rental deposit is refundable less a $25 processing fee if cancellation
is made with at least 30 days notice. If cancellation is made with 29 days to 15 days before the reservation date,
a cancellation fee of 50% of rental deposit is charged. The remaining 50% of the rental deposit
will be returned to you by mail or credited to your credit card upon request of the cancellation. If you must cancel
your reservation and you must do so with 14 days or less notice we will charge your credit card for the full cost
of your reservation.
Corral Rental is $8.00 per day per horse and includes hay at no additional charge.
