Restroom Facilities…will be required of events of 75 guests or more at the Homestead House as residential septic facilities cannot accommodate more than this.  Restroom Facilities are required of any event taking place at any one of the Cantrall House locations and will be added into the package price when they are selected when the bride and groom meet with our staff.  Mahogany Ridge will arrange all restroom facilities personally sanitation services.   

Deposits:

• At the time you book your wedding, 50% of the package price is required.
  • If you are making lodging accommodations associated with the dates and times of your wedding, deposits and payment on those reservations are also due at the time you make your reservations.
• The balance on your wedding package and accommodations relating to it are due in full not later than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to your wedding date.
